There is no single price for a real estate landing page, and anyone who gives you one without asking questions first is guessing. A page that is a template with a form can cost a few thousand rupees. A page with floor plans, a location map, tracking and a proper thank you page can cost many times that. Both are called a landing page.
This post is for developers, brokers and channel partners in Gurgaon who are about to hire someone to build a landing page for a real estate project, and want to know what a fair price looks like and what they should get for it.
A quick word on where the numbers come from. The prices below are published on agency and portal websites, and we name each one. We could not find a price list that is specific to Gurgaon, so these are figures for India as a whole, and they are for landing pages of every kind, not only real estate. The three price levels further down are our own grouping, based on the landing pages we have built for real estate projects. We do not share client names or private numbers.
These prices are for landing pages in general, for any kind of business, not for real estate in particular. They come from agency and portal pages, so they have a commercial interest, and prices change.
One source starts at ₹999 and another starts at ₹15,000. Neither is wrong, because they are selling different things under the same name.
The cheapest landing pages are usually a ready-made layout where your logo, photos and text are dropped in. That is fine for a quick test. The expensive ones are designed for your project, with a form that asks the right questions, tracking so you can see which ad brought which enquiry, and some work on speed. When two quotes are far apart, one of them usually includes things the other does not mention. So when you compare, ask "how much for what" and not only "how much".
A landing page for a real estate project is a single page built for one job. In Gurgaon, that job is to turn a click on an ad into an enquiry or a site visit booking. We wrote about how this differs from a full website in landing page or website, which is better for real estate leads.
A few things make real estate different from a normal business page. The buyer is thinking about a lot of money, so the page has to look serious and state the basics clearly: who the developer is, where the project is, what sizes are planned and what the current status is. The buyer is also usually comparing. In Gurgaon, someone looking at one project on a Saturday has often looked at two others that morning, so the page gets a few seconds to answer the first questions.
Then there is the advertising rule. The Haryana RERA direction on advertising asks that an advertisement for a registered project show the RERA registration number and the Authority's website address. Ask your RERA consultant how that applies to your page and your ads, and make sure whoever builds the page knows about it before design starts, not after.
Finally, check the page on a phone before anything else. A lot of ad clicks land on a phone screen, and a page that is slow or awkward there loses the visitor before the form is even seen. Google treats a Largest Contentful Paint of 2.5 seconds or less as good, which is a fair target to ask for.
This is our own grouping of the published figures above, matched to what real estate pages usually need. It is not a price list.
Level 1, a template page, up to about ₹10,000. A ready layout with your logo, photos and text and a basic form. It works for a small plot or resale campaign, or for testing an idea. You usually do not get a custom design, filtering questions in the form, tracking, or any work on speed. If you plan to spend real money on ads, we would not stop here.
Level 2, a custom page for leads, roughly ₹10,000 to ₹25,000. A page designed around the project: a clear first screen, project details, a form with two or three questions, call and WhatsApp buttons, a layout made for phones first, analytics and ad tracking, and a thank you page. Most single project campaigns fit here.
Level 3, a full project page, roughly ₹25,000 and above. Everything in Level 2, plus floor plan tabs, a location map, an EMI calculator, a gallery, privacy and terms pages, speed work, email alerts for new leads, and room for more than one project.
You can see a live example of the third level in our portfolio.
It is easier to understand the price when you see where the work goes. Here is what went into a landing page we built for a pre launch residential project in Gurgaon. We are not naming the project.
The visible part was the easy part. The page has a hero slider, floor plan tabs with room sizes, a location map with nearby places, an EMI calculator and a site visit form. Most of the real work was in the parts a visitor never notices.
The photos were the first thing. They added up to about 7.4 MB. We resized and recompressed them to about 3.8 MB, which is roughly half, so the page does not feel heavy on mobile data. We also swapped some of the hero photos from building exteriors to interiors, to suit a project that is sold as a luxury home.
The form came next. The consent box was ticked by default, which we changed, so the visitor has to tick it. We added a privacy page and a terms page, and a thank you page that opens after the form is sent. The thank you page is not decoration. Ad tools count that page as one enquiry, so without it you cannot tell which campaign is bringing leads.
Then the search side: a proper page title, a sitemap, a short list of questions and answers on the page, and structured data so Google can read the page clearly. None of this is visible in a screenshot, and all of it takes time. This is why two pages that look the same can have very different prices.
Want to know what your own project would cost? Send us the project name, the location and what you already have, and we will reply with a price and tell you what is included. You can request a quote here or message us on WhatsApp.
The build price is rarely the whole bill. Domain and hosting usually renew every year, and they are often not included in the quote. Good project images may need permission from the developer. One 2026 cost guide suggests keeping 10 to 20 percent of the build cost each year for updates and security, and that is a rough guide, so ask your agency what a small change costs. And of course the ad budget is separate and is usually far bigger than the page itself.
There is one more cost that is easy to miss. A good page brings leads, and leads need a quick first call. If nobody calls them in time, the page has not helped. We wrote about that in how to qualify real estate leads in Gurgaon.
Ask every agency the same questions and write the answers side by side.
When a quote is very low, look for the questions where the answer is "no". When it is very high, check that the extra money buys something your project needs.
Paying for a beautiful design and skipping the tracking is the most common one. You end up with a page you cannot measure. Copying another project's layout and words is the next, because buyers who compare projects will notice. A long form is another, since every extra field costs you a few visitors, and two or three questions are usually enough. Claims about price, returns or possession are the fourth, and they need to match the official documents. And the last is forgetting that the page ends when the form is sent. What happens in the next ten minutes decides whether it was worth building.
We did not find a published price list specific to Gurgaon. Published prices across India run from about ₹1,000 for a basic template to ₹60,000 and more for a custom page. For a real estate project, most pages fall in the middle or upper part of that range, because they need a good form, tracking and some speed work.
It is a single page made for one project, such as a new launch, a plotted scheme or a set of builder floors. It shows the project name, location, home sizes and current status, and it asks the visitor to take one step: fill a short form, call, or send a WhatsApp message. A project website covers many topics, while a landing page for a real estate project keeps the visitor focused on that one step.
For a quick test, yes. For a campaign with a real budget, check that it has tracking, a short form, a fast layout on phones and a thank you page. Without them you may spend more on ads to make up for a weak page.
Published guides quote anywhere from a few days for a simple page to a few weeks for a custom one. On a project page, a lot of the delay tends to come from waiting for approved text, images and project details, and not from the build itself.
If you are running ads for one project, a landing page is usually the better first step. A website builds trust over a longer time. We explain how to choose in landing page vs website for real estate lead generation, and the cost of a full website in our real estate website development cost guide.
If you are comparing quotes, use the list of questions above and ask each agency to show you a live page. If you are planning a project launch in Gurgaon and want help with a landing page, have a look at our real estate website and landing page development service, or get in touch with us. We will tell you honestly what your project needs and what it does not.
Tell us about your project and we will reply with a price and what is included. It helps if you share the project name, the location, the type of project, and what you already have ready, such as text, images and RERA details.
